Our team is seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions. This position is ideal for a senior-level DevOps professional who brings both technical expertise and leadership experience, with a strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure as code.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP
2. Lead the setup and management of CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software deployments
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
4. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of systems
5. Champion DevOps best practices, infrastructure governance, and security standards
6. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline release workflows
7. Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of automation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
2. Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
3. Strong scripting abilities in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
4. Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration at scale
5. Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
6. Experience with system monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
7. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing technical teams
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
