All payments made by clients are first held by CloudOps Network. Once the project milestones are met or the project is completed to your satisfaction, funds are then released to the freelancer. This payment process provides an added layer of security for your transactions and ensures that freelancers are compensated only when work is completed.

4. Dispute and Refund Policy

To safeguard your investment, CloudOps Network has a dispute resolution policy in place:

If you are unsatisfied with the work or believe that the project has not met agreed-upon standards, you may raise a dispute.
Disputes must be raised within 3 business days of the payment being processed.

Once a dispute is raised, CloudOps Network will hold the funds and review the case. We will work closely with you and the freelancer to reach a fair resolution.
If the dispute is found valid, we will initiate a refund to your account.
